A burglary occurred late last night, early this morning at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints meeting house. Two CPU’s were stolen. Investigators have leads, but nobody has been apprehended.
Sheriff Dep. Geoffrey Hasty told us that they believe two juveniles committed the burglary. They entered through Bishop Lawrence Shirk’s window, and out a side door. It appeared that the juveniles were attempting to take the monitors, along with the CPU’s but couldn’t make it and dropped them near the door.
Maintenance worker, Robert Knotz, was the first to call police around 6:15 this morning when he came in to do his regular maintenance rounds. Bishop Lawrence (Larry) Shirk was the last to leave the building last night around 11:00 p.m.. "It was sort of hailing, so I opened my window to hear and smell it. I guess I forgot to close it."
A neighbor heard noises around 2 a.m. and thought it was just garbage cans. It is a safe neighborhood.

Regan,
You fit in a lot of great details. It ended at kind of an awkward spot, but other than that I liked it. Good work! These practice news stories freak me out cause they are so quick! Good work with the time crunch and all though.
