PRACTICE NEWS STORY - Accident #1

Utah State University van Rolls on Interstate 84

Yesterday at about 4:00 p.m. a group of agriculture students from Utah State University were traveling west on Interstate 84 heading back from Greenline Implements in Tremonton Utah. Witnesses say a tire blew out and the van rolled. Police are conducting a preliminary investigation to tell the actual cause of the crash. Five fatalities have occurred so far.

Kyle Holden who was caravanning with the group was just in front of the 15 passenger van when he saw smoke. Kyle stated that he saw Evan swerve, he claimed that Evan had driven heavy machinery his whole life and didn’t think a tire blow out would be a problem. However, the wheels caught gravel and the van started rolling.
